We can say right now that there is already an influx of Mexican themed restaurants nowadays locally and we’re not complaining. We love every bit of Mexican food every once and a while or almost consistently. We recently had the chance another restaurant named Brick Wood PH recently opened a new branch recently at Alabang West Parade.

Brick Wood  PH boasts of an interesting list of menu with a cool mix of Mexican, Tex-Mex, and even local flavor fusion too. We have tried some of their dishes and we will be featuring them on this food review.

Tacos Carne Asada

Each soft taco is bite size well fitting in the mouth on one go. And each is smothered with a lot of greens and its dressing is well fitting with the overall intent of the dish. The meat is of course on point too.

Quesadilla Carne Asada

Each slice is very cheesy and meaty, but pairing them with all the sauces and garnishes, well that’s something that you wouldn’t appreciate them without checking them out by themselves. They’re definitely satisfying though!

U.S. Pork BBQ Belly

The belly slab is cooked in Brickwood PH‘s own wood and it was truly evident on the flavor of the whole meat. Its tenderness is on point and its smokiness is something that you would savor on each bite.

A truly remarkable experience

We totally enjoyed our first (and definitely not the last) visit at Brickwood PH. We are really looking forward to our next visit in this happy food place and perhaps try their best selling pizzas soon.
