Not Your Usual Food Review: Rico’s Lechon

Rico’s Lechon is a brand name that is highly synonymous to Lechon as the food. With its signature juiciness and arguably the pioneers of the Spicy Flavored Lechon, they have one of the largest customer base and loyal patrons under its belt.


No wonder they have decided to venture out of their Home Turf in Cebu and went to open up new branches. We finally had the chance to check one of their new branches and taste what the buzz is all about.
We recently had the opportunity to check out Rico’s Lechon and from this food review, we will be featuring some if its Lechon-based dishes in which we are anticipating to be a treat

Pancit Canton

It has this moist taste and texture so it’s feels juicy on each bite. Its salt content is also very fitting with the overall taste.

Lechon Lumpiang Shanghai

We expect almost every thing on the Menu of Rico’s Lechon will be based on Lechon, but we literally didn’t expect this iteration is great!

The crunchiness of the wrapper and its combination with ground Lechon meat is superb and each bite is crunchy and lovely every time.

Sizzling Lechon

We guess the smoky flavor from grilling the Lechon is not enough, that is why Rico’s offered Lechon sisig. Its moist and juicy texture is very evident on this dish and you’ll truly can eat more rice  for less than a spoonful serving of this great dish.

Who says you can’t make a wide range of offerings on the menu based on Lechon meat? Rico’s Lechon definitely did it well and its great tasting Lechon is here to stay.
It is solidified on how successful in making different dishes and offer it at their restaurant effectively.
