Read more: Not Your Usual Food Review: AngrydoboThe signature dishes at Angrydobo have an interesting take on the local staple dishes such as Pork Adobo. This is what made us want to try and find out what it’s all about.
In this food review, we are going to feature a couple of rice bowls in this very interesting restaurant.
Short Ribs Bowl With Kangkong

The meat chunks is cooked into little crisps thus crunchiness is well evident on each bite. The Adobo sauce is very tasty and has that umami that you can savor on each bite. The Kangkong strips will give you that crunch and leafy feel on each bite. Over-all, a new and interesting gastronomic experience.

Classic Bowl With Laing

The flavoring is same with the other rice bowl we featured but this time the pork is in thin slices which will give a bit different texture and feel on each bite.
This time the tenderness of the meat is well evident. What’s even better is that the Laing is well on-point, which gives a very enjoyable feel on each bite.

Overall, the new take on the Adobo is a very welcome experience. The greatest experience that we had here is the Laing, which is for us indeed a must try to mix on whichever rice bowl you would want to choose.
In this food review, we truly emphasize that Angrydobo is a must try restaurant, but we always say don’t take our word for it but rather try them out for yourself. Happy Food Adventure!
