Escobar’s Steakhouse quietly sprung up a good number of branches all over the metro and when we saw a new branch opened nearby, we didn’t waste any time in visiting and try some of their dishes.
Escobar’s Steakhouse specializes on steaks and smoked meats that are surprisingly affordable. Some of their dishes will be featured in this food review.
Grass-Fed Ribeye

We ordered this steak as medium well on its doneness and our waiter gave us an honest head’s up on what to expect on its chewiness based on what we requested. True enough, it was what it was expected so that really gave us a great impression on how professional they are in dealing with customers.
Now on to the taste – as you can see on the image, there is a steak sauce, but to tell you frankly, you really don’t need them because the taste of the steak strips itself is truly wonderful already. The salt and pepper taste is so good already you really don’t need anything to add on each bit if you want to enjoy this dish on every bite.
A truly great dish that warrants another visit or even multiple visits!

Smoked Pork Ribs Solo

Very tender and literally a fall-off-the-bone experience. The smoky flavor adds to its wonderful marinade wherein its taste goes well inside the meat up until its bone.
We can say that this is really an enjoyable dish up to the bones!
