Sushi Ninja is one of those hole in the wall restaurants that you wouldn’t help but be interested to try out at least once. Though situated inside a strip where food adventure is definitely a must, this quaint restaurant finds something in you that seems to feel you visiting them is worthwhile.

We recently had the chance to visit Sushi Ninja located at Westgate Center, Filinvest and tried out some of their dishes. We will feature them in this food review.

Ebi Tempura

To our surprise, the prawn length is so long you need to bite twice on each! To be frank, we have not tried Tempuras as lengthy as these and we had a blast with this one.

The batter is crunchy and its consistency is great up until its tail. The tempura sauce is good too but we highly recommend to mix some wasabi to have the optimum experience.

Hattori Taco

We heard so much about Sushi Ninja‘s Tacos we really had to try at least one of them when we had the chance! We tried the Hattori Taco – which comprises Kani Salad, Chorizo, Garlic Mayo, and with Rice.

While the ingredients is somewhat expected in taste, the fish taco shell is really the one made us truly love this dish! Whoever invented this fish taco and made it so crunchy should be commended to the highest level!

Super experience, will come back

Our Sushi Ninja‘s experience was so great it made us never forget those tacos. That one alone made us want to come back but there are some other things one the menu that would make us want to come back too!
