Located in a well-known food strip along Clark, Pampanga’s busiest road, Wooden Table is an interesting restaurant that will tickle your fancy and would make you really want to try them out whenever you have a chance.

We recently had a chance to visit Wooden Table and have tried some of their best selling dishes and favorites too. We will be featuring them in this food review.

Sinigang na Hipon

Its richness in flavor is evident upfront due to the soup base and is looking to be a treat for groups with kids because of that. The prawn sizes are large enough for a good bite. Over-all an enjoyable dish topped with plenty of vegetable mixes.

Grilled Pusit

We initially did not expect the version of Wooden Table to look like this. It is so well presented we didn’t realize that those slices on the head has a purpose – to make the grilling better up into the midst of the meat. The ending is a surefire treat on each bite that is not chewy and surely enjoyable! Thumbs up!

Crispy Pata Kare Kare

This is a dish of both worlds – the crunchiness of crispy pata (with some guilt on each bite shhh) and richness of the peanut sauce of Kare – Kare. The marriage of these two enjoyable dishes made this fusion dish a worthwhile experience when we tried it. Their bagoong side is a great mix of sweet and salty and by all means use it to fully enjoy each bite of this dish.
