1. United Kingdom – 33 days
2. Japan – 31 days
3. Philippines – 29 days
4. Thailand – 28 days
5. Malaysia – 28 days
6. United States – 24 days
7. China – 24 days
8. Singapore – 21 days

1. Company / Superior restriction due to work – related constraints
2. Working during holidays gets paid more
3. Recurring dilemma / notion that longer / frequent absences means lower working performance
