The sand, The Sea, The Sun – that’s what you are actually after when you go to the world-famous Boracay. But there is more to it in actual – you can enjoy lots of things in this wonderful island, and that includes food.

There are a lot of food choices around the island to each can even consider a hub for the food around the world. And in terms of its venue, location and of course their menu, the Boracay Food Truck serves up a treat for everybody.

We had a recent opportunity to try out some of their food bowls and we’re happy to feature them in this food review.

One thing that you would initially find attractive with Boracay Beach Truck is its location concept. Imagine having a “parked” food truck right in the middle of the busiest commercial center of the island that’s painted with distinct color would definitely warrant your attention.

But we’re here to take on a food adventure and we tried some of Boracay Beach Truck’s rice bowls that we will be featuring in this food review.

Pork Spring Rolls with Nasi Goreng

Putting up Nasi Goreng, a staple food for Indonesians / Malaysians, with Pork Spring Rolls is a combination is considered a winner specifically on this version by Boracay Beach Truck.

What we liked about their version is that the mix of spices between the two main parts of this dish is a good fusion.

Just a quick note though, the Spring Rolls are piping hot when served to you, so be careful in biting on it right away!

Beef Bulgogi

Anything Korean Food inspired are cool right now, right? Well you can add this one up to that list on this version from Boracay Beach Truck.

The Beef strips of this rice bowl is a treat to chew as its tenderness is superb. The rice serving will give you enough food on your tummy to be fully satisfied with this dish.

Chinese Braised Pork Belly

A good braised pork should have a level of tenderness that would warrant ease on chewing to even literally melting in your mouth. With this version of Boracay Beach Truck, you can actually experience an actual melt in your mouth bliss on its meat!
