When tradition meets modernization, Kanin Club comes along on a foodie’s mind. While it can be seen as a good thing, it can make or break a business’ reputation.
However, for Kanin Club‘s case, their foundation has been well established and it hasn’t waned since. We recently had an opportunity to visit and we will be featuring some of their best tasting dishes in this food review.
Sinangag na Sinigang
Something deconstructed is interesting to try right? Well, this modern take of this well-loved dish from Kanin Club is surely one from the books. The design of this dish feels like you don’t need to put some soup and vegetables on your rice and just munch along and savour each bite. Also, the minced green pepper will give a spice kick on each bite so for those who love their Sinigang a little bit spicy, you’re in for a treat on this one.

Binukadkad na Tilapia
Enormous and very crunchy – that is what we can tell on this Kanin Club version in a nutshell. We can only describe what we can, but we definitely suggest this for you to try.

Tokwa’t baboy
While there is not much special to work on with this dish, Kanin Club’s version would still be a must try mainly because of the crunchiness all over.

Pork Binagoongan
Subtle and right on the spot – some things to describe this dish’s overall taste. Some binagoongan dishes go to the saltier spectrum and sometimes too much, but this one from Kanin Club is mainly well within your taste buds and we’re loving it. This is our favorite in this food review.

Indeed it is a good thing for Kanin Club to serve traditional dishes with their own take and modern twists. And we’re happy in general with this food review. Our visit here was very wonderful, so will you when you come and visit.
