Welcome to Bojangles Grill! On our visit, we had the pleasure of trying three delicious dishes – Adoflakesilog, Tapsilog, and Pork Sisig.

Adoflakesilog is an authentic Filipino breakfast dish, made with marinated adobo flakes served over garlic fried rice and topped with a fried egg. Tapsilog is another popular Filipino breakfast, consisting of marinated and fried beef tapa served over garlic fried rice with a fried egg. Last but not least, Pork Sisig is a savory Filipino dish prepared with pork belly and liver, seasoned with various spices and served with a side of steamed rice.

Tapsilog

We recently had the pleasure of trying the Tapsilog dish from Bojangles. We were absolutely delighted! The Tapsilog is a classic Filipino dish featuring marinated beef tapa, garlic fried rice, and an egg. The beef tapa was incredibly flavorful with just the right amount of saltiness and a hint of sweetness. The garlic fried rice was cooked perfectly and had a great balance of flavors. The egg was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of runny yolk. We were also pleased with the portion size.

We recently had the pleasure of trying Bojangles’ Pork Sisig dish and were simply blown away by its flavor. The pork was cooked to perfection and was incredibly succulent and tender.
