The Tapsilog at Cafe Laguna is a Filipino classic that combines three essential elements: tender beef tapa, garlic fried rice, and a perfectly fried sunny-side-up egg. The dish is an absolute treat, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that will transport you to the streets of Manila.

The beef tapa is marinated to perfection, resulting in a delectable mix of sweet and savory flavors. Each bite offers tender, thinly sliced beef that has been marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, and calamansi juice. The beef is cooked well too!
