Baked Scallops

What’s nice about starters is that it prepares your taste buds to something more and its purpose is to keep you craving for more. With Grace Parks version of Baked Scallops, its taste would give a better feel of what’s coming up. The buttery taste is there, and we believe that you’ll love it too as much as we did.

Lechon Sisig

Of course we don’t want to pass up the opportunity to try out one of Grace Parks best sellers! And true enough it has liven up expectations! The combination of the smoky flavor from roasting and the toast from the sizzling plate is definitely something you would not want to pass up. The taste is on fire and we can’t describe it enough so might as well try it for yourself. It is a shareable serving, but you can even eat all of them on your own.

Lamb Adobo

In this side of the world, a Lamb dish is a rarity as we are more of a Goat eater and there are far more Goat farmers than Sheep in here. When we found that there is a Lamb dish at Grace Park, we didn’t hesitate to order one and try them out for ourselves.

Gladly, it didn’t disappoint and we are so happy we ordered this. The meat is definitely slow-cooked and it really showed on the meat in itself. The fact that it was cooked as an Adobo dish is something to look out for and consider. One for the books, so they say!
