Celebrations at home have been a long standing tradition all the way back regardless of the circumstances in our society. But now that it has become more emphasized, home-style feasts have become the norm and we see it fits the job well in Cochinillo and Beyond.
We have featured them before in a roasted suckling pig food review that resulted to a great crunchy experience. Now, courtesy of Cochinillo and Beyond, we now have the opportunity to try more of their menu. This time it is a sampler of everything in their party set.
The sampler consists of the Cochinillo, Roasted Chicken, Crispy Pork Belly, and the Java Rice along with two special based sauces – the vinegar-based and the gravy.
The kind of serving will easily feed at least 10 people in one go, and it can actually do the extra mile of 15 people as what we have actually experienced on our end. We’re so excited for this and we’re going to feature each on the menu in this food review.
Cochinillo
We have featured this on our Cochinillo food review and we couldn’t say anything more about this one. The key thing is that their consistency in crispiness, taste, and even tenderness is indeed pretty much the same despite on different occasions.

Roasted Chicken
While Cochinillo and Beyond’s main dish offering is the Cochinillo, we can say that their Roasted Chicken is on the same level. I guess we could say that their quality of cooking is indeed consistent regardless of may it be Pork or Chicken.
The juiciness of the meat is moist all throughout the parts of the Chicken and its skin is crispy and has that smoky flavor that hints on every bite. They provide two types of special sauces and we highly recommend the gravy as its perfect partner.

Crispy Pork Belly
Coming on the heels of the Cochinillo is their Crispy Pork Belly. Though it is a lesser known menu on their line-up, we can say that it is equally best tasting based on our food review. The crispiness, tenderness, and even the taste is very similar to their Cochinillo. Perfect with the vinegar-based sauce while with the gravy can be delicious too, we can definitely recommend to try this as the cheaper alternative to the suckling pig.

Home Feasts Resulting To Great Satisfaction
We’re truly happy to have the opportunity to try each of Cochinillo and Beyond’s menu but we’re much happier on the satisfaction we have experienced on each of them. We will definitely think of ordering on them again on our future home feasts soon. We’re counting on you to try them out as well too.
