Crab and Mango Salad

The saltiness of the crab sticks and the sweet/sour taste of the mango is a perfect combination that would make this a great starter. These two main ingredients perfectly complements the Japanese Mayo smothering the bowl all over and of course the crunchiness of the lettuce tops it all up. We truly enjoyed this offering by Nina’s Kitchen.

Honey Garlic Chicken

This dish can be partnered with a cup of rice or a serving of mashed potato. We chose mashed potato but we bet that even if it is paired with a cup of rice, it would still be perfect. The Honey Garlic flavor is definitely on point while the tenderness of the chicken is carefully made as well. This would be one of those dishes where you are most welcome to not follow your strict diet for a minute and order an additional cup of rice.

Fish A La Muniere

One thing great about with Nina’s Kitchen is that they will cook what you order. While this would make you wait a little bit longer than usual, it would be beneficial for their dishes’ quality. True enough, it went very well with this dish as the crunchiness of the fish fillet brought it up a notch or two. The creamy sauce perfectly complements the saltiness of the fish meat. You can put a hint of lemon on this one too, but that would be a different story.

Comfort Food At Its Best

While great comfort food is one that most people want, the coziness of the place would make it better. In Nina’s Kitchen, you can definitely have them both.
