What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear Mexican Food? Is it Tacos, Nachos, or Burrito? Well, whatever it is, Mex food is definitely a winner. Silantro provides your craving fix for anything Mex food, and of course with a local twist here and there.
We recently had an opportunity to visit again this always busy restaurant (on any branch, literally) and tried out some of their all-time favorites that we will be featuring in this food review.
We preferred to separate the sauce into this dish to make it child-friendlier and boy we did decide it for the better. Not only it allows kids to enjoy this Chicken dish, adults can dip theirs into the sauce as much as they want! This set-up is a must-try, you just have to request to your friendly Silantro staff!
Lucha Tacos (Soft Taco)
We ordered the Chicken and Beef combo (Medio) in this food review. As always, the beef chunks are very tasty and true to its Silantro nature – very chewable and enjoyable. The Chicken chunks complements well with the dish and pair them up with the in-house sauces, you’ll end up eating a very satisfying grub.
Silantro’s Paella Fajita Mix
We can say this dish is a sampler of almost everything in Silantro’s menu. This dish can be a burrito, a Fajita, and of course a Paella, all in just one dish. Need we say more? If you want to try out multople dishes is just one, then this one’s definitely for you.
Every time you visit Silantro, it is almost automatic that you will be ordering a serving (or two) of their famous Nachos – yes, every single time. The crunch of the Tortilla chips is definitely there, indicating the freshness of the chips easily complements all the toppings
which includes the Beef meat chunks, which are very consistent to the Silantro Taste.
True to its word
No matter how busy or having to wait for your seat in Silantro, their taste absolutely provides a breath of fresh satisfaction no matter what.
Check them out (with several branches all over the metro) to satisfy a quick fix of Fil-Mex craving.
