Cafe-style food is a well-prepared food that is always considered fresh and best-tasting too. With Mary Grace Cafe, those descriptions will always be a constant for them because of their long lasting reputation of superb food and great service. But what if you have to order their food as take-out?

We cannot emphasize further on how much Mary Grace Cafe’s food menu has been superb over the years. It has stood the test of time and have brought up the superb quality that they consistently provide. However, we would like to further check their consistency when it comes to having their food for take out and that is the main aim of this food review. For those who haven’t tried the food in the said Cafe, this Mary Grace Cafe food review will then give them a guide on what they should expect – and probably even more.

Sealed in Freshness

First off, what we love about their food preparation (as a take-out) is the sealing of all the packages. This directly means that the same hands that prepared the food are definitely the last ones that sealed with it for delivery at your doorstep. This means that you can expect the freshness of the food delivered to you in the most possible way.

With that, let’s head on further to the food review in which we have tried two of their dishes – one is a pasta dish and another is a sandwich.

Classic Carbonara

One thing that you will enjoy with this dish is the creaminess of the sauce. With the careful mix of the other ingredients, the result was a very enjoyable dish that can be shared with one or even two more persons. The pasta is still firm and juicy despite of it being a take-out / delivered food. This goes to show the careful preparation on this food as well as the proper and secure packaging.

Vigan Longganisa and Kesong Puti Sandwich

Who says a breakfast dish cannot be used for a sandwich? Longganisa is a type of local sausage that is usually paired with fried rice. With this version from Mary Grace, they were grinded and turned into a wonderful sandwich. Paired with a local cheese and other lovely stuff, the result is a wonderful sandwich that you almost do not expect to become. Definitely a must-try.
