While Recovery Food boasts of a great list of comfort food on their menu, they also use some witty-sounding names which is for us effective in enhancing our curiosity. We’re going to feature three on their interesting list of menu in this food review.

Tokwa’t LK (Fried Tofu and Pan-Roasted Pork)

This staple appetizer is something of a normalcy especially during drinking sessions. The fried Tofu paired with Pan-fried Roast Pork in this version is something that jives so well. The crunch of the pork is something that you should try.

Pinatuna-y (Spiced Tuna)

This rice bowl surprised us in a way that we didn’t expect it to be so good. The Tuna seems to be sautéed with vinegar that provides the sourness and will be complemented by the salted egg. To top all the complete flavor, the sliced tomatoes will be your ticket to a very satisfying and savory meal.

Tapa De Morning (Beef Tapa)

This tapa is on the sweet side and these strips are lovable on every bite. They are tender enough to be enjoyable on every bite. Though there are some tendons on the meat here and there, it didn’t disappoint and the rice equivalent to 1.5 cups (regular sized order) would truly give total satisfaction.
